Sat Hunterz Terms and Conditions

By participating in Sat Hunterz (the "Game"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before joining the hunt.

1. Eligibility

  • The Game is open to individuals aged 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sat Hunterz organizers are not eligible to win prizes.
  • Participants must have a valid Bitcoin wallet to receive rewards.

2. Game Rules

  • The Game involves solving puzzles, following clues, and reconstructing a 12-word BIP-39 seed phrase to claim a Bitcoin wallet.
  • Clues may be released on social media (Twitter/X), the Sat Hunterz website, or partner platforms.
  • Participants must follow fair play guidelines—cheating, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities will result in disqualification.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Game at any time without prior notice.

3. Prize Claim & Distribution

  • The first participant to correctly reconstruct the seed phrase and claim the wallet wins the prize.
  • Winners must have a valid Bitcoin address for prize distribution.
  • Sat Hunterz is not responsible for lost or stolen funds due to incorrect wallet submissions.

4. Privacy & Data Use

  • Personal data is not collected for prize distribution.
  • By participating, you consent to the use of your publicly shared clues or solutions for promotional purposes.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Participation is at your own risk. Sat Hunterz is not liable for:
    • Loss of funds due to incorrect seed phrase submissions.
    • Technical issues (e.g., website downtime, social media outages).
    • Real-world risks if hunts involve physical locations.
  • Bitcoin transactions are irreversible—ensure accuracy when submitting wallet addresses.

6. Modifications & Termination

  • Sat Hunterz may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
  • The Game may be terminated early if security concerns arise.
